This book is a compilation of many of the authors teaching in a live environment. Most of the content of this book is centered around Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) in Emergency Communications (EmComm) environments. ARES is a volunteer organization training in providing emergency communication for private and governmental institutes that are need of communications support.
